The magnet on the horn is actually wound with a coil, and the working principle of the horn is to use the sound signal into an electrical signal, which is converted into a sound signal to be propagated, and when our sound enters the horn, it will produce a specific change in the current that will make the coil magnetic, and the magnet will produce a certain law of attraction or repulsion movement, and this vibration will drive the paper cone to vibrate and amplify the sound. Therefore, the role of the magnet is to assist the vibration.
The magnetic field should be as symmetrical as possible; otherwise, it will lead to distortion of the signal. The type and performance of the magnet and even the shape of the speaker can determine the good or bad.
